If you love artists like Binki and Gus Dapperton, we’ve got a hot new artist for you. Alternative pop artist Sam Austins creates a sound that makes you want to dance, drive, and be social all at the same time. His latest album “HOMELESS STAR” is a project that covers his struggles as an artist struggling with homelessness while making it as a musician. This ten track album talks topics regarding drugs, honesty, joy, and of course–homelessness.

Though all these topics sound a bit dreadful, Austins was aching to have music heard outside of his bedroom in Detroit. With so much passion and drive, Austins found himself going from couch surfing to now being a signed artist at Atlantic Records living in the big city of Los Angeles, CA. Through honest lyricism accompanied by dance pop tracks, Austins narrates a story that is real and depicts what it’s really like to chase your dreams and make it big.
